The Foundation believes that fair governance attracts the right method to meet all KPIs relating to effienct and effective governance. The World Bank Group's Worldwide Governance Indicators highlights six dimensions of governance which we have seen in Rivers State for the past decade and should be a norm to faciliate an advanced state with world class leadership and better lives for its citizens and residents.

Voice and accountability; political stability, absence of violence; government effectiveness; regulatory quality; rule of law; and control of corruption.

Insight for Impact Foundation belives that these KPIs should not be taken lightly along side other Performance Indicators. The inculcation of the Sustainable Development Goals and needs of the state which include access to better, quality and basic eduction, better health and a fight against dangerous deaseses, security, inclusivity, infrastructal development, economic diversity, agriculture, science and technology, improved martanal health, education (Primary/Basic and STEM), a bespoke skills acquisition framwork, private sector involvement, trustee envovlment in community development and advancement, people oriented programs and policies, industrialisation, gender equality, environmental sustainability, global partnership and job creation.
