Barr. Mrs Briggs is a passionate, critical thinking and astute lawyer with analytical skills. She bagged her LLM from the Rivers State University, Port-Harcourt after which she furthered her education to obtain a master’s degree in International Environmental Law and Sustainability from the prestigious Kingston University of London.

She has served in various capacity in the private sector, ranging from being a Company Secretary to representing a nation firm as Head of Legal Affairs. She has over 12 years’ experience in the legal field with a passion for environmental law and sustainability. She is also an environmentalist and a member of the "Federación Internacional dé Abogadas" (FIDA) which stands for Federation of Female Lawyers.

As a lady that believes in inclusion and diversity while championing the cause for the education of the “girl child”, she is a major advocate for positive change as regards the educational framework in Nigeria as she believes women have a major role to play in the economic, social, and cultural advancement of any nation. She also believes the Insight for Impact Foundation is a platform to help advance that agenda hence her nomination to the board. Her selfless and philanthropic nature led her to join the Rotary Club of Nigeria where her service to humanity will continue to grow not only in Nigeria but globally. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Rotary Club of Opobo Shoreline as the President.

Her life goal is to positively impact humanity while ensuring children and youths are equipped with the basic tools for personal development.
