Diepriye William is the current Operational Standards and Deputy QHSE Manager for Bourbon Interoil Nigeria Limited, an Affiliate Company of Bourbon Offshore with presence in over 20 countries. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science (Human Anatomy), Diploma in Environmental Management and a Master of Science in Health, Safety and Environment from the Prestigious University of Salford, Manchester. He is currently pursuing a Diploma in Marine Surveying with Lloyds Maritime Academy.

He is a registered member of the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria as well as an IOSH certified member. He is a certified Lead implementer and Lead Auditor of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 and also a Lead auditor to International Safety Management code, International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code as well as Maritime Labor Convention 2006. He is a DNV-GL trained Designated-Person-Ashore (DPA), which has enshrined in him the required professionalism and dexterity to act as an interphase between all classes of vessels and Senior Management of Maritime organizations.

With over 12 years working experience he has held various positions in Manufacturing, construction, and now he is currently encapsulated in the Maritime Industry.

His keen interest in developing capacity has been felt from the days when he trained over 500 Corp members who volunteer under the Skills Acquisition & Entrepreneurship Department (SAED) program of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC). This interface created a bedrock for raising potential giants who will venture into the global industry and champion the course of safe working operations all geared to the service of humanity.

He is a mentor to many who have interest in Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental Management. He is a young astute professional saddled with the passion to promote safe operations across all spheres with keen interest in the Maritime Space.

Mr. Williams is a strong advocate for continuous improvement as a way of impacting everyone around him. This he believes is a sickle to harvest greatness in our immediate environment and the world at large.
