Barr. Amadi is an enthusiastic, astute, and critical thinking lawyer with over 17 years of practice since he got called to the Nigerian Barr in 2005. Before then, he studied at the prestigious Lagos State University where he bagged his LLB.

After his 1st degree, he went into practice immediately during his National Youth Service to the nation and was appointed Legal Assistant to the Rabu Local Council in Sokoto State Nigeria.

After his youth service to the nation and contributing to the Rabu Local Council, he decided to venture into the private sector and was given an opportunity to serve as a Solicitor in Boms & Boms Chambers which gave him the experience as he was promoted to Managing Solicitor and Principal partner in the same Law Firm after years of service and contribution to the legal firm’s advancement.

Based on his legal expertise with vast experience on high profile cases, he was appointed as a Legal Assistant to the Truth and Reconciliation Committee launched by the Rivers State Government and chaired by a reputable Judge in Nigeria’s judiciary system Late Justice Kayode Esso JSC.

He has also been Principal Partner of Rhema Wig’s Attorney and is currently the Principal Partner of Eric Amadi & Associates in Port-Harcourt Rivers State Nigeria.

The experience from various managerial roles over the years enriched his understanding and capabilities to not only serve in Senior Management but increased his business acumen which led to his appointment as Managing Director of LandOwners Contracting Limited, a principal contractor of the Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC). He still serves in the board of this company while he continues his legal practice.

His drive is to contribute to an educational framework that fosters access to better education and skills acquisition for the jobs of the future while empower youths to facilitate economic advancement in Nigeria which will lead to a greater Africa hence his appointment to the Board of Insight for Impact Foundation.
